Wij zijn Emke en Patrick Giesen, een Nederlands gezin dat in Altea aan de Costa Blanca woont. Wij zorgen voor woningen van mensen die er zelf niet zijn: sleutels bewaren, de woning controleren, het zwembad onderhouden, schoonmaken en kleine klussen doen. U heeft één vast aanspreekpunt voor uw woning, in het Nederlands, Engels of Spaans.
Na elk bezoek krijgt u een bericht via e-mail of WhatsApp, bij bijzonderheden met foto's. Er is geen langlopend contract: u kunt per maand opzeggen met een opzegtermijn van één maand. Wij werken officieel volgens de Spaanse wet en sturen u een factuur. Alle prijzen op onze website zijn inclusief IVA.
Wij gebruiken uw woning nooit voor eigen doeleinden en stellen haar nooit ter beschikking aan derden, tenzij u daar schriftelijk opdracht voor geeft.

We are Emke and Patrick Giesen, a Dutch family living in Altea on the Costa Blanca. We look after homes for people who are not there themselves: holding keys, inspecting the property, maintaining the pool, cleaning and doing small jobs. You get one point of contact for your home, in Dutch, English or Spanish.
After every visit you receive a message by email or WhatsApp, with photos if we find anything noteworthy. There is no long-term contract: you can cancel monthly with one month's notice. We work officially under Spanish law and send you an invoice. All prices on our website include IVA (VAT).
We never use your home for our own purposes and never make it available to third parties, unless you instruct us to in writing.

Somos Emke y Patrick Giesen, una familia neerlandesa que vive en Altea, en la Costa Blanca. Cuidamos viviendas de personas que no están presentes: custodia de llaves, revisión de la vivienda, mantenimiento de piscinas, limpieza y pequeños trabajos. Tendrá un único punto de contacto para su vivienda, en neerlandés, inglés o español.
Después de cada visita recibe un mensaje por correo electrónico o WhatsApp, con fotos si encontramos algo relevante. No hay contrato de larga duración: puede darse de baja cada mes con un mes de preaviso. Trabajamos oficialmente según la ley española y le enviamos factura. Todos los precios de nuestra web incluyen IVA.
Nunca utilizamos su vivienda para fines propios ni la ponemos a disposición de terceros, salvo que usted nos lo encargue por escrito.
