An apartment in Benidorm needs a different kind of care
Many homes in Benidorm are apartments in towers and complexes, often with a concierge and a shared pool. The building is taken care of, but your own apartment is not: an air conditioner that sits unused for months, a drain that dries out and starts to smell, damp and salty sea air affecting doors and windows, and post piling up in the letterbox downstairs.
What we do in Benidorm

- Your keys locked away, labelled with a code instead of your address
- A message after every visit, with photos if we find anything
- Airing the property and running taps and drains to prevent stale water and smells
- Emptying the letterbox and forwarding anything important

Rates
For an apartment in Benidorm, Basic (€ 45 per month, one inspection round) is usually enough. If you are here often yourself, Key Holding at € 20 will do. If you are away for long, Carefree (€ 125, two rounds a month) is the best choice. Cleaning is charged per visit, depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. With Basic, Comfort or Carefree there is no call-out charge. With Key Holding and one-off jobs, a call-out charge of € 10 per trip applies.
