1. Wie is verantwoordelijk voor uw gegevens?

Costakey-Holding, gevestigd te Altea (Alicante), Spanje, is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens. U bereikt ons via info@costakey-holding.com, via WhatsApp op +34 644 028 338 of +31 6 44 43 04 47.

2. Welke gegevens verwerken wij en waarom?

Wij vragen nooit meer gegevens dan wij nodig hebben, en wij gebruiken uw gegevens niet voor reclame.

3. Foto's van uw woning

Bij inspecties en schoonmaakbezoeken maken wij foto's van uw woning om aan u te rapporteren. Deze foto's zijn uitsluitend voor u bestemd. Wij publiceren geen herkenbare foto's van uw woning op onze website of sociale media zonder uw uitdrukkelijke toestemming vooraf.

4. Met wie delen wij uw gegevens?

Wij verkopen uw gegevens nooit. Wij delen ze alleen met partijen die wij nodig hebben om ons werk te doen:

  • Formspree — verwerkt de berichten die via ons contactformulier binnenkomen en stuurt ze naar onze mailbox. Privacybeleid van Formspree.
  • Onze e-mailprovider — voor het ontvangen en versturen van berichten.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — als u ons via WhatsApp benadert, verloopt dat via de dienst van Meta met een eigen privacybeleid.
  • Statcounter — bezoekstatistieken, alleen na uw toestemming. Zie ons cookiebeleid.
  • Onze gestor of boekhouder — voor facturatie en belastingaangifte.
  • Vakmensen — als wij namens u een loodgieter, elektricien of andere vakman inschakelen, geven wij alleen de gegevens door die nodig zijn om de klus uit te voeren.

Sommige van deze partijen verwerken gegevens buiten de Europese Unie. Zij zijn gebonden aan de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie of aan een vergelijkbare waarborg.

5. Hoe lang bewaren wij uw gegevens?

  • Een aanvraag die niet tot een opdracht leidt: maximaal één jaar.
  • Klantgegevens: gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst en daarna nog twee jaar.
  • Inspectiefoto's en rapportages: twee jaar, zodat wij eerdere situaties kunnen terugzoeken.
  • Facturen en boekhouding: zolang de Spaanse fiscale wetgeving dat voorschrijft.
  • Sleutelgegevens: wij bewaren ze alleen zolang wij uw sleutels in beheer hebben. Bij beëindiging geven wij de sleutels terug en verwijderen wij de bijbehorende registratie.

6. Hoe beveiligen wij uw gegevens?

Sleutels bewaren wij in een afgesloten sleutelkluis, zonder adres of naam op het label. Digitale gegevens staan op met een wachtwoord beveiligde apparaten. Alleen Emke en Patrick Giesen hebben toegang tot uw gegevens.

7. Uw rechten

U heeft het recht om:

  • uw gegevens in te zien;
  • onjuiste gegevens te laten corrigeren;
  • uw gegevens te laten verwijderen;
  • de verwerking te laten beperken of daartegen bezwaar te maken;
  • uw gegevens in een gangbaar bestandsformaat te ontvangen;
  • een eerder gegeven toestemming op elk moment in te trekken.

Stuur daarvoor een bericht naar info@costakey-holding.com. Wij reageren binnen een maand. Bent u niet tevreden over hoe wij met uw gegevens omgaan, dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Spaanse toezichthouder, de Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

8. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen deze privacyverklaring aanpassen wanneer onze dienstverlening of de wetgeving verandert. De actuele versie vindt u altijd op deze pagina.

We never ask for more data than we need, and we do not use your data for advertising.

3. Photographs of your property

During inspections and cleaning visits we take photographs of your property in order to report back to you. These photographs are intended for you alone. We do not publish recognisable images of your property on our website or social media without your explicit prior permission.

4. Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We share it only with parties we need in order to do our work:

  • Formspree — processes messages submitted through our contact form and forwards them to our mailbox. Formspree privacy policy.
  • Our email provider — for receiving and sending messages.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, this runs through Meta's service with its own privacy policy.
  • Statcounter — visitor statistics, only after your consent. See our cookie policy.
  • Our gestor or accountant — for invoicing and tax returns.
  • Tradespeople — if we engage a plumber, electrician or other professional on your behalf, we pass on only the details needed to carry out the job.

Some of these parties process data outside the European Union. They are bound by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

5. How long do we keep your data?

  • An enquiry that does not lead to a job: no more than one year.
  • Client data: for the duration of the contract and two years thereafter.
  • Inspection photographs and reports: two years, so we can look back at earlier situations.
  • Invoices and accounts: as long as Spanish tax law requires.
  • Key records: only for as long as we hold your keys. On termination we return the keys and delete the associated records.

6. How do we protect your data?

Keys are kept in a locked key safe, without an address or name on the label. Digital data is stored on password-protected devices. Only Emke and Patrick Giesen have access to your data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • have incorrect data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict or object to the processing;
  • receive your data in a common file format;
  • withdraw consent you have given, at any time.

Send a message to info@costakey-holding.com. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

8. Changes

We may update this privacy statement when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.

Nunca solicitamos más datos de los necesarios y no utilizamos sus datos con fines publicitarios.

3. Fotografías de su vivienda

Durante las inspecciones y los servicios de limpieza tomamos fotografías de su vivienda para poder informarle. Estas fotografías están destinadas únicamente a usted. No publicamos imágenes reconocibles de su vivienda en nuestra web ni en redes sociales sin su autorización expresa previa.

4. ¿Con quién compartimos sus datos?

Nunca vendemos sus datos. Solo los compartimos con las entidades que necesitamos para realizar nuestro trabajo:

  • Formspree — trata los mensajes enviados a través del formulario de contacto y los remite a nuestro buzón. Política de privacidad de Formspree.
  • Nuestro proveedor de correo — para recibir y enviar mensajes.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — si nos contacta por WhatsApp, se realiza a través del servicio de Meta, con su propia política de privacidad.
  • Statcounter — estadísticas de visitas, solo con su consentimiento. Consulte nuestra política de cookies.
  • Nuestro gestor o asesor contable — para la facturación y las declaraciones fiscales.
  • Profesionales — si contratamos en su nombre a un fontanero, electricista u otro profesional, facilitamos únicamente los datos necesarios para realizar el trabajo.

Algunas de estas entidades tratan datos fuera de la Unión Europea. Están sujetas a las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea o a una garantía equivalente.

5. ¿Cuánto tiempo conservamos sus datos?

  • Una solicitud que no da lugar a un encargo: un año como máximo.
  • Datos de cliente: durante la vigencia del contrato y dos años más.
  • Fotografías e informes de inspección: dos años, para poder consultar situaciones anteriores.
  • Facturas y contabilidad: durante el plazo que exija la normativa fiscal española.
  • Registro de llaves: únicamente mientras custodiemos sus llaves. Al finalizar, devolvemos las llaves y eliminamos el registro correspondiente.

6. ¿Cómo protegemos sus datos?

Las llaves se guardan en una caja fuerte cerrada, sin dirección ni nombre en la etiqueta. Los datos digitales se almacenan en dispositivos protegidos con contraseña. Solo Emke y Patrick Giesen tienen acceso a sus datos.

7. Sus derechos

Usted tiene derecho a:

  • acceder a sus datos;
  • rectificar los datos incorrectos;
  • solicitar la supresión de sus datos;
  • limitar el tratamiento u oponerse a él;
  • recibir sus datos en un formato de uso común;
  • retirar en cualquier momento un consentimiento ya prestado.

Escríbanos a info@costakey-holding.com. Responderemos en el plazo de un mes. Si no está conforme con el tratamiento de sus datos, puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

8. Modificaciones

Podemos actualizar esta política de privacidad cuando cambien nuestros servicios o la normativa aplicable. La versión vigente estará siempre disponible en esta página.
