Finestrat is about a half-hour drive from our home in Altea, within our service area. We come here regularly, also for ourselves, for example to do our shopping. A visit to your property therefore fits without a detour. With Basic, Comfort or Carefree there is no call-out charge; for one-off trips we charge € 10 per trip. From the Cala to the mountains
Finestrat has two faces. By the sea, at the Cala de Finestrat, most homes are apartments with a shared pool. Higher up the slopes are villa areas with their own garden and pool, often looking out over the Puig Campana. An apartment needs different checks from a villa: in one it is an air conditioner that sits unused for months or a drain that starts to smell, in the other a pool pump that fails or a garden that dries out. What we do in Finestrat
- Apartment at the Cala: running the air conditioning, flushing taps and drains against stale water and smells
- Villa in Balcón or Sierra Cortina: checking pool, pump and garden, and letting in the gardener, plumber or engineer
- A walk-through with 15 fixed checkpoints and a message afterwards, with photos if we find anything
- Your keys locked away, labelled with a code instead of your address
- Emptying the letterbox and forwarding anything important
- After an alarm, storm or leak we are there as soon as possible
- Cleaning before you arrive and welcoming your guests
Rates
For an apartment in Finestrat, Basic (€ 45 per month, one inspection round) is usually enough. If you are here often yourself, Key Holding at € 20 will do. If you are away for long, Carefree (€ 125, two rounds a month) is the best choice. Pool maintenance and cleaning are charged separately. With Basic, Comfort or Carefree there is no call-out charge. With Key Holding and one-off jobs, a call-out charge of € 10 per trip applies.
