Around the old fishing village of Moraira, villas are spread across the hills from El Portet to Moravit, many with their own pool and a garden with pine trees. Outside the season many homes stand empty for months. That is exactly when things go wrong without anyone noticing: pine needles clogging the pool filter, a pump that fails, a shutter stuck after a storm, or an alarm going off while you are abroad. To be honest: after an alarm we will not be with you within ten minutes. We come as quickly as we can; allow for about 45 minutes' drive.
What we do for you in Moraira

- A fixed inspection round with fifteen check points, in the same visit as the pool if you like

Rates
Pool maintenance starts at € 30,- per visit; for a large pool the price is higher. Our inspection packages start at € 20 per month. If you combine pool and inspection, we do both in one visit and you get a discount on the inspection. Cleaning starts at € 89,- per visit. All amounts include IVA (VAT), with no set-up fee. We work in Moraira on fixed days: only if you have pool maintenance on its own do we add a € 10 call-out fee per visit. If you combine the pool with inspection or cleaning, this fee is waived.
